Her grandparents are still going strong at 95 in Chattanooga, Tennessee and she hopes to set half as good an example as they have
Dad would tell Lauren “You’d make a great accountant.” Her response was always: “Not happening!” How did that work out, Lauren?

A tad on the crazy side, she has run with the bulls in Pamplona
Lauren and her dad are section-hiking the Appalachian Trail and have already tackled one third of it
Her favorite veggie? Anything but sweet potatoes!
